I'm Jen, an ex nail biter, partner, mother of two girls, and also a part time Account Manager. My vision for my business was formed in 2014, after experiencing many years in a corporate world and needed to find a work/life balance. After much research and previous experience as a nail client, I invested in training with Hand and Nail Harmony (Awarded Best Professional Beauty Training, Education & Development Company 2017). One of my main strengths is that I constantly seek to improve and move with the latest fashions within the nail industry. I've placed a considerable amount of time and financial investment to ensure that my nail business is a sucess and have been in business in Witney over a decade.
My Story
Being a nail biter in the past for many years, nails became a love of mine in my late teens. I always remember as a child, my Grandmother trying her best to get me to grow my nails and applying 'Stop & Grow Polish'! Never did it work, I got used to the foul taste! Now, not only am I doing something I enjoy, When I embarked on my business adventure in 2014 I ran my business from my garden room (Formerly known as 'Jen's Nail Hut'). A lot of thought went in to making a comfortable, stylish, place for me to welcome my clients. The garden room served me well, but I wanted more space and comfort for my clients, not to mention running water and central heating! So, in December 2018 my new salon was born by converting our garage. The end result, achieved what I had envisaged for myself and my clients. The salon itself is located at the left side of the property. It's a peaceful retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of life in the sleepy village of Freeland near Witney, Oxfordshire. On street parking is available.
